Traditional lacquerware workshops popular in Myanmar tourist spot
Maung Maung shows samples of colorful lacquerware in various sizes and shapes at his workshop in Bagan, a popular tourist spot in central Myanmar, on Nov. 20, 2014. Lacquerware makers in the area have flourished in recent years thanks to an increase in foreign tourists since the Southeast Asian country's transition to a civilian government in 2011. (Kyodo)
