Japan's ruling coalition, China agree on restart of exchanges
Wang Jiarui (3rd from L), head of China's Communist Party's international department, meets with senior lawmakers of Japan's ruling parties, including Liberal Democratic Party Secretary General Sadakazu Tanigaki (3rd from R), in Beijing on March 24, 2015. The two sides agreed to resume their regular consultations that have been suspended since 2009 by the end of this year, in another sign of easing tensions between Asia's two major powers.
