Osaka taxis begin carrying "lucky god" statuette on rooftop
A gold statuette of "Billiken," a lucky god and symbol of Osaka, is attached on the roof of a taxi in the western Japanese city on March 26, 2015. About 40 taxis belonging to 24 different companies joined hands and started operation with a Billiken statuette on their rooftops the same day in an effort to attract more customers and boost the local economy.
