U.S. envoy Kennedy visits Hiroshima
U.S. Ambassador to Japan Caroline Kennedy (L) and Hiroshima Mayor Kazumi Matsui plant a dogwood sapling in the western Japanese city of Hiroshima on April 17, 2015. Two dogwood saplings were planted in the city the same day out of 3,000 to be donated from the United States to Japan as a symbol of friendship between the two countries. (Kyodo)
