Parties to nuke disaster compensation pact shake hands

Mitsuru Kitano (2nd from R), Japanese ambassador to international organizations in Vienna, joins the representatives of five other contracting parties to the Convention on Supplementary Compensation for Nuclear Damage on the occasion of a ceremony to mark the entry into effect of the pact in Vienna on April 15, 2015.
