Japan, Indonesia leaders agree to cooperate on Africa's development
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (L) holds talks with Indonesian President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo on the sidelines of a meeting of Asian and African leaders in Jakarta on April 22, 2015.
