"The Lion King" attracts 10 mil. spectators in Japan
Performers in "The Lion King," a popular musical put on by Shiki Theater Company, acknowledge the spectators at the Osaka Shiki Theater in Osaka, western Japan, on April 24, 2015, as the number of spectators reached the 10 million mark, the largest number in Japan's theater world. The musical, which was first performed in Tokyo in 1998, is still running in Tokyo and Osaka. (Kyodo)
