Ex-director of Kamo aquarium cultivates students at high school
Photo taken on April 8, 2015, shows Tatsuo Murakami, former director of Kamo Aquarium in the northeastern Japan city of Tsuruoka, standing in front of a jellyfish aquarium. He transformed the once foundering aquarium into a popular tourist site by displaying the widest variety of jellyfish species in the world. After retiring in March, he now teaches at Kamo Fisheries High School, and hopes to cultivate the future director of the aquarium. (Kyodo)
