Japanese blowfish dish introduced at Expo Milano 2015
Sadao Oshiumi (L), a chef licensed for cooking blowfish, performs the art of thinly slicing the blowfish and then displaying them in a crane shape on a plate to visitors to the Japan Pavilion of Expo Milano 2015 on May 24, 2015. Expo Milano made exceptional measures to allow the admission of blowfish, although the importation of such poisonous fish is usually regulated by the European Union. (Kyodo)
