Resident near west Japan nuke plant sees evacuation plan as unrealistic
Hiroyuki Chosei, a resident on the Sadamisaki Peninsula in Ehime Prefecture, western Japan, pictured on March 28, 2015, says an emergency evacuation plan worked out by Shikoku Electric Power Co. for its local Ikata nuclear power plant is unrealistic. Sadamisaki is the narrowest peninsula in Japan.
