Tour boat gets 10,000th guest since reopening after 2011 quake

A ceremony celebrating the 10,000th passenger on the Okumatsushima sightseeing boat since it resumed operations in October 2013 after the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami is held in Higashimatsushima, Miyagi Prefecture, on May 26, 2015.
