Yuichi Harada, head of the Namie town chamber of commerce and industry in Fukushima Prefecture, speaks in Nihonmatsu in the northeastern Japanese prefecture on May 25, 2015. He expressed his objection to a proposal to end in fiscal 2016 compensation paid to businesses affected by evacuation after the 2011 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster.
