Man wields kitchen knife on train
Photo shows investigators standing next to a JR Keihin-Tohoku Line train that came to a halt in Tsurumi Ward, Yokohama, near Tokyo, on June 9, 2015, after a passenger, prompted by a kitchen knife-wielding man, opened an emergency exit door. No one was hurt in the incident and the 71-year-old man was immediately arrested on suspicion of illegally carrying a knife by an off-duty police officer who happened to be on the spot. The man allegedly took the kitchen knife out of his bag after complaining about a passenger's use of a tablet and exchanging words with him. (Kyodo)
