A 70-year-old woman living in temporary housing in Iwaki after evacuating her hometown of Futaba, both in Fukushima Prefecture, northeastern Japan, following the 2011 earthquake that caused the nuclear disaster says on May 27, 2015, it is practically impossible for her to return there despite a government plan to lift evacuation orders by the end of fiscal 2016 except in highly contaminated no-go zones.
