Storks in eastern Japan to be released into wild
Three young storks raised in a rearing facility in the city of Noda, east of Tokyo, are ready to be released into the wild on July 23, 2015. The special national treasures are equipped with Global Positioning System devices so they can be followed for research on how they adapt to the natural environment. (Kyodo)
