Japan-Korean parade resumes in Tsushima

About 300 people in Joseon period ethnic costumes, including 40 South Koreans, walk through a street in Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture, on Aug. 2, 2015, during the "Joseon missions to Japan parade," a cultural parade celebrating the inter-connected history of Japan and Korea. The annual event, which was called off in 2013 due to friction between Japan and South Korea over stolen Buddhist statues, resumed to deepen relations between the two countries. Tsushima is located about 50 kilometers across the sea from Busan, South Korea. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
