Whaling expert speaks to class for citizens in western Japan
Hajime Ishikawa, head of the Whale Laboratory in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, western Japan, speaks to citizens on July 11, 2015, in a monthly class designed to help them learn about the current whaling situation and other issues.
