S. Korea top court upholds acquittal of man convicted of spying
Kang Jong Heon, a Korean resident of Japan who was sentenced to death for spying for North Korea, speaks in Seoul on Aug. 13, 2015, after South Korea's Supreme Court upheld a lower court's acquittal of him. Kang, arrested in the 1970s, was acquitted by the Seoul High Court in 2013 and prosecutors appealed the case to the highest court. (Kyodo)
