Sclerosis-stricken "rakugo" storyteller attends anniversary event
Japanese "rakugo" comic storyteller Hayashiya Konpei, suffering from multiple sclerosis and undergoing rehabilitation therapy, greets the audience with his famous "1, 2, 3, charan!" slogan at an event in Tokyo on Aug. 22, 2015, marking the first anniversary of the launch of a monthly rakugo performance on a chartered streetcar.
