Mega solar power station built in Fukushima town
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is held in Kawamata, Fukushima Prefecture, on Aug. 24, 2015, to commemorate the completion of a mega solar power generation station. The new facility is a core reconstruction project in the town, which has been designated as an evacuation zone since the 2011 nuclear disaster at Tokyo Electric Power Co.'s Fukushima Daiichi plant.
