Choir of Nagasaki A-bomb victims sings at memorial ceremony
The Himawari (sunflower) choir consisting of survivors of the 1945 atomic bombing of Nagasaki sings at an annual memorial service in Nagasaki Peace Park in the southwestern Japanese city on Aug. 9, 2015, the day when the A-bomb was dropped 70 years ago. The choir is scheduled to travel to the Vatican in October where they will have an audience with Pope Francis and perform for him. (Kyodo)
