Japanese painter Sotatsu exhibition begins in Washington

Visitors look at "Waves at Matsushima," a pair of six-panel folding screens painted by Tawaraya Sotatsu, an early 17th century Japanese painter, at the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M.
