S. Korean and U.S. diplomats hold talks on N. Korean nuclear issue
U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Policy Sung Kim (L) holds talks with Hwang Joon Kook, South Korea's special representative for Korean Peninsula peace and security affairs, at the Foreign Ministry in Seoul on Oct. 27, 2015. The meeting comes on the heels of a U.S.-South Korea summit in Washington on Oct. 16, where the two countries issued a joint statement vowing to deal with North Korea's nuclear programs and development of ballistic missiles with "utmost urgency and determination."
