Japan delivers 2 boats to Vietnam to help boost security capability
One of the two secondhand fishing boats delivered by Japan to the Vietnamese coast guard is anchored at a port in the central Vietnamese city of Danang on Nov. 3, 2015. The boats, which will be refurbished as patrol vessels, were delivered to help Vietnam strengthen its law enforcement capability amid China's muscle-flexing in the South China Sea. (Kyodo)
