Colorful floats parade at southwestern Japan festival
Men and children draw a massive float along a street in Karatsu in the southwestern Japanese prefecture of Saga during the annual "Karatsu Kunchi" autumn festival on Nov. 3, 2015. Drawing approximately 270,000 onlookers, a total of 14 floats were drawn over several hours from Karatsu Shrine to the "otabisho," a temporary resting place for a Shinto deity. (Kyodo)
