Japan's largest solar power plant completed
Photo taken Nov. 10, 2015 shows the Eurus Rokkasho Solar Park, Japan's largest solar power plant in operation, with an output capacity of 115,000 kilowatt, in the village of Rokkasho in Aomori Prefecture, northeastern Japan. Eurus Energy Holdings Corp., the operator of the facility, held a ceremony the same day to mark the completion of the plant at a cost of 49 billion yen ($397 million). It started operation in October. (Kyodo)
