Filipino medical staff visit disaster-damaged Japan city

A group of doctors and nurses from the Philippines' Leyte island visit an elementary school, damaged by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami, in the northeastern Japan city of Ishinomaki on Nov. 13, 2015. As Leyte was also heavily affected by a super typhoon in 2013, their visit is aimed at aiding their research into how to promote medical activities in the midst of reconstruction. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
