Drill for huge quake and tsunami held in Japan
A drill simulating a magnitude 8 Nankai Trough earthquake off Japan's western Pacific coast, and a subsequent tsunami, is held in the western Japanese city of Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, on Nov. 25, 2015. About 600 people, including Ground Self-Defense Force troops, police officers, firefighters and medical staff, took part in the joint drill to enhance collaboration ahead of a mega-thrust devastating earthquake experts say could occur within 30 years.
