Kobe Luminarie's structure collapsed

Workers remove on Dec. 11, 2015, an illumination display that lies collapsed at the Kobe Luminarie light festival in the western port city, probably knocked over due to strong wind. At the annual event, held in memory of the victims of the 1995 Great Hanshin Earthquake, 17 arched structures have been set up to create a corridor of light. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
