Man dies after routinely consuming caffeinated drinks for long time
Shinichi Kubo, a professor of forensic medicine at Fukuoka University, is interviewed by Kyodo News in the southwestern Japanese city of Fukuoka in October 2015. Kubo conducted an autopsy on a man in his 20s from the Kyushu area who died in 2015, and concluded that the man had died from caffeine intoxication. Kubo believes his death was most likely caused by consuming too many caffeinated drinks. (Kyodo)
