Ex-head of Economic Planning Agency Miyazaki dies at 92
Photo taken in September 2008 shows Isamu Miyazaki, who served as chief of the now-defunct Japanese Economic Planning Agency between 1995 and 1996 in the administration of Prime Minister Tomiichi Murayama. Miyazaki died of heart failure in Tokyo on Jan. 3, 2016, at age 92, according to an official of the Daiwa Institute of Research. (Kyodo)
