Ex-Environment Minister Ishihara to succeed Amari
Former Environment Minister Nobuteru Ishihara speaks to reporters at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on Jan. 28, 2016, after Prime Minister Shinzo Abe decided to appoint him to succeed Akira Amari as economic and fiscal policy minister.
