"Demons" welcomed in rare event in Nara
People wearing demon costumes run wild during the Japanese traditional "setsubun" festival at Kimpusenji, a temple in Nara Prefecture, on Feb. 3, 2016. While people throw dried beans to shoo away demons in similar setsubun events, the temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site, welcomes not only fortune but demons as well. (Kyodo)
