China's top nuclear envoy returns from N. Korea
China's top nuclear envoy, Wu Dawei, waves from Beijing's international airport on Feb. 4, 2016, after returning from a three-day visit to Pyongyang. "I said what must be said. I did what must be done," Wu told reporters at the airport, hinting that he had asked North Korea not to go ahead with its plan to launch a satellite-carrying rocket, widely seen by many other countries as a covert test of technology for a long-range ballistic missile.
