Japan decides to expand sanctions on N. Korea over missile launch
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe tells reporters on Feb. 10, 2016, at his office in Tokyo that the government has decided on "firm sanctions measures" against North Korea in response to Pyongyang's de facto long-range ballistic missile launch and fourth nuclear test. The punitive measures include banning the re-entry from North Korea of Japan-based foreign engineers who are involved in nuclear and missile development, and banning ships from third countries that have visited ports in North Korea.
