Millions of Brazilians take part in antigovernment protests
A protester dressed up as former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in prison clothes, takes part in an antigovernment rally near the Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro on March 13, 2016. According to the local media, at least 3.5 million people in as many as 320 cities across Brazil rallied that day for the impeachment of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff amid large-scale corruption scandals and a stagnant economy. The former president, seen as a backer of Rousseff, is also mired in a graft scandal. (Kyodo)
