Largest Japanese railway museum prepares for opening
Officials watch over elementary school students practicing driving on simulators, used by professional train drivers for training, at the Kyoto Railway Museum in the western Japanese city of Kyoto on April 15, 2016, ahead of its grand opening on April 29. Operated by West Japan Railway Co., the museum is one of the largest railway museums in Japan, showcasing a total of 53 trains ranging from the nation's oldest steam locomotive to recent shinkansen bullet train models.
