Team to be created to investigate Tokyo bid turmoil
Photo taken May 17, 2016, in Paris shows a retail complex where Papa Massata Diack, the son of Lamine Diack, the disgraced ex-president of the International Association of Athletics Federations, spent around 130,000 euros on jewelry around the same time as the Tokyo Olympics bid committee's first payment to Singaporean consulting company Black Tidings. It is believed that Papa Massata Diack had business links with Black Tidings. (Kyodo)
