Yumeji painting unveiled at museum in western Japan
Visitors view a painting of a naked white woman, a work by Japanese painter Yumeji Takehisa (1884-1934), known for his "Bijin-ga" -- pictures of beautiful women in Japanese art -- at the Yumeji Art Museum in the western Japanese city of Okayama on July 5, 2016, the first day of its exhibition. The painting, which was completed about 85 years earlier in the United States and has been kept individually, is the only work Yumeji painted of a naked Western woman. (Kyodo)
