LDP's 2012 plan in focus as Abe cagey on constitutional revision
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe makes a stump speech in the southwestern Japanese city of Hita, Oita Prefecture, on July 4, 2016, for the July 10 House of Councillors election.
