Okinawa gov. expresses doubt over SOFA agreement

Okinawa Gov. Takeshi Onaga speaks to reporters on July 5, 2016, at the prefectural office in Naha, after Japan and the United States agreed to effectively narrow the scope of U.S. military base workers protected by a bilateral status of forces agreement.
