Britain's Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond (C) heads to a gathering of financial ministers and central bank chiefs of the Group of 20 major economies in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, southwestern China, on July 23, 2016, as they start a two-day meeting.
