Jakarta introduces new traffic system
Police officers crack down on drivers violating the "odd-even" traffic control system on a main road in Jakarta on Aug. 30, 2016. The new system that was officially introduced the same day in the Indonesian capital allows only vehicles with odd-numbered plates to run on main roads during peak morning and evening hours on odd-numbered dates and only even-numbered plates on even-numbered dates.
