Institute produced vaccine with unauthorized method

An official of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (R) gives a senior official of Kaketsuken, a maker of blood products and vaccines, documents at the ministry in Tokyo on Oct. 4, 2016, to order a full investigation into the company's Japanese encephalitis vaccine and all other products.
