Anti-nuclear candidate set to win Niigata governor race

Ryuichi Yoneyama, a candidate backed by anti-nuclear opposition parties, celebrates in the city of Niigata on Oct. 16, 2016, after the media reported he was set to win the Niigata gubernatorial election.
