Repainting of the 15-meter-tall Tetsujin 28 monument continues in the western Japan city of Kobe on Oct. 18, 2016. The new paint work of the iron monument, built in 2009 as a symbol of reconstruction from the 1995 Great Hanshin Earthquake, will be revealed on Nov. 6. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
