Sumo: Former komusubi Haguroiwa dies at 70
File photo taken in March 1969 shows Toda (L) snapping yokozuna Taiho's 45-bout winning streak in controversial fashion on the second day of the Spring Grand Sumo Tournament in Osaka. Toda, who later changed his ring name to Haguroiwa, died of kidney failure on Oct. 23, 2016, at the age of 70. (Kyodo)
