U.S. military resumes Osprey flights after accident off Okinawa
Japanese Defense Minister Tomomi Inada speaks to reporters at the Defense Ministry in Tokyo on Dec. 19, 2016, the day the U.S. military in Japan resumed flying its Osprey planes, less than a week after one of the MV-22 tilt-rotor transport aircraft made a crash-landing off Okinawa. Inada said the resumption of flights other than those that involve aerial refueling was "understandable." (Kyodo)
