Fire drill held at Horyuji Temple
A Buddhist service is held in a storage room at Horyuji Temple, a world cultural heritage site, in the western Japan town of Ikaruga on Jan. 26, 2017, the day the facility had a fire in 1949. After the event at the repository, where damaged materials such as pillars and wall paintings are kept, monks and firefighters took part in a fire drill. (Kyodo)
