Former mayor wins re-election while appealing bribery conviction
Hiroto Fujii (C), the former mayor of Minokamo in central Japan, who stepped down after being convicted of bribery, is congratulated by his supporters in the Gifu Prefecture city on Jan. 29, 2017.
